Google Reviews from Gold Coast Businesses

Every review below comes straight from our Google Business Profile — unedited, written by the Gold Coast businesses we work with. Some came from a single web design Gold Coast project; others from clients we’ve supported for years, through redesigns, SEO campaigns and the urgent fixes nobody plans for. We’ve been building websites here since 2007, and many of the logos above belong to businesses that have grown a long way since we first met them. If you’re comparing web design agency reviews across the Gold Coast, read these, then judge us on the work itself.

Our initial queries and calls were handled professionally and then quickly understood exactly what we were looking for our website and branding vision.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We have worked with Creative Ground on two businesses now and can not fault them. The websites they've created for us have been exactly what we were after, full training was provided so that I know how to update the website as needed and they take care of all the back-end technical stuff. Their costs are very reasonable especially for the quality of work and they're always contactable & efficient. Highly recommend.

Highly recommended. Completely overwhelmed with how well our website turned out. We had a vision of what we wanted for our website and Creative Ground was able to deliver exactly that. Throughout the duration of the project CG was very professional with clear and concise communication throughout- we found this vital during the process of developing a new website. We will definitely look at working with CG in the future.

I can't explain the amount of appreciation and gratitude that Creative Ground has done for our new start up company. From having to deal with me as a start up business owner that is learning and trying to understand the ropes of the digital marketing world and website design. Lauren and Kevin have been supporting and understanding of our business structure and over view. From the beginning of Designing my Logo's,Invoice templates, letter heads, business cards, promotional flyers and much more, to the current moment to setting up my Google Adwords and backlink campaign structure to ensure that we will start trading with an excellent customer base. I give much credit to them and the company that they have built to allow my new company to kick off in the right direction. I give them a 5 star rating as I can't fault anything from customer service to the products they provide.

I have found Kevin and Lauren to be really easy to work with. Right from when I made an inquiry about transferring my website hosting over to them, they were prompt, professional and I could tell they knew what they were talking about (however they were very respectful and made it easy for me to understand). After the website was transferred, a little glitch happened with a plug-in. Kevin had it all fixed within a couple of hours and was very reassuring (and honest) throughout the whole process, which I was really grateful for. Subsequently, I have no hesitation in recommending Kevin and Lauren for website hosting (which is what I currently use their expertise for).
